Shipping

Most items take between 1 and 4 business days to process and ship out. Preorders are expected to ship on the date given on the product page. In-stock items ordered together with a preorder will be held to be shipped with the preorder. Please contact us if you placed a multiple-item order with a preorder and wish to arrange for in-stock items to be shipped separately. An additional shipping fee may be required.

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on the weight of your items and your shipping destination.

Important note for international buyers: Shipments outside the United States may be subject to additional tariffs, duties, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges that are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

For purchases made at our brick-and-mortar gallery shop, you may come back and initiate a return for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase.

For online orders, Letterform Archive accepts returns of books within 10 days of the date that you received your purchase in the mail. The items must be in sellable condition and must be accompanied by an original receipt, packing slip, or online order confirmation. Any returns received that do not meet these requirements will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

All refunds are processed via the same payment method you used to make the purchase.

Some exclusions apply:

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• Fonts and other digital media are non-returnable.
• All sales of mark-down/SALE items are final and non-returnable.

How to return your purchase

Email [email protected] to let us know that you will be returning your purchase.

If your purchase was damaged in shipment or is defective, Letterform Archive will gladly cover the cost of shipping for the return. Otherwise, the cost of shipping to return an item must be covered by the sender.

Package your purchase securely and in the original shipping container, if possible. Please also include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with the return shipment to expedite your return.

We accept the following major credit cards online: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.

At this time we also allow checkout with Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Taxes

Items purchased or delivered to addresses in California are subject to sales tax. Please reach out if you feel you were billed incorrectly.

Downloading Font Files

After purchasing font files from the Archive Shop, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes after your order, check your spam folder.
