During this free in-person event, we will tour the book, go behind the scenes into its making with special guest Catherine Madden, see its original illustrations, and enjoy the fellowship of information-design enthusiasts. Delicious snacks and refreshments will be provided.

With storytelling flair, RJ Andrews navigates narrative artistry and scientific inquiry to get at the heart of information design, creating meaning from space, time, and invisible relationships. Featuring hundreds of hand-drawn illustrations and dotted with fascinating marginalia, Info We Trust Remastered is a visual feast that captures the essence and excitement of information graphics.

RJ Andrews

RJ Andrews is a San Francisco data storyteller, author, and lecturer. By day, he tackles high-stakes problems for clients like The White House, MIT, and Google. By night, he studies the history of charts, maps, and diagrams. The overlap between RJ’s hands-on real-world practice and deep historical research gave rise to Info We Trust.

Catherine Madden

Catherine Madden is an information designer, strategist, and lecturer who is passionate about helping others navigate their world and decision making through rich pictures of the data in their lives.
