“Breakfast in Bed” was related to Provo, the Dutch counterculture movement in the mid-60s. Anonymously devised, it maintains the polemic content of the other Amsterdam-based Provo manifestations, while employing vanguard design techniques and additionally being self-aware of its status as an art object/book.
